Site and Services Manager is the position’s direct superior.

Your obligations could include:

Make sure that all equipment is operating within the parameters of the design specifications in order to save downtime and ensure that the equipment’s preventative maintenance system is being used effectively.
Make sure the line is as efficient as possible,

The DC must actively assure proper spares holding, maximize uptime, and efficiently manage important spares in order to minimize cost and downtime.
Effective planning should include the prompt purchase of spare parts for planned repairs and unexpected repairs.
Best maintenance practices, including training and skill transfer, for both the engineering and operational operating of lines.
Support the warehouse’s efforts to increase quality and throughput while reducing costs by supporting project implementation, active execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
implementation of and involvement in the safety system.
the execution and observance of all safety regulations, inspections, and repairs as needed.
Qualities and Characteristics

Science and math in 12th grade
Red Seal Millwright (N2 and above)
OHS systems knowledge and a wireman’s license.
Simple PLC, and or knowledge of communication networks.
Workplace exposure to conveyor systems will be helpful.
